1. Service Scope & Purpose

AviTrakk provides a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for helicopter and drone operations across offshore wind, oil & gas, search & rescue, and aerial inspections. The platform delivers:

• Real-Time Operational Tracking: Live visibility and situational monitoring of offshore flights.
• Automation & Reporting: Automated generation of flight logs, environmental metrics, and CO2 emissions reports.
• Data-Driven Insights: Operational analytics dashboards to optimize mission readiness, fuel efficiency, and compliance.

2. Account Access & Security

Access is provided per authorized organization and user account. You agree to:

• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Notify AviTrakk immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
• Ensure that only designated, authorized personnel within your organization operate user accounts.

3. Telemetry Data, Customer Analytics & Confidentiality

We believe in complete clarity regarding how data is handled across our platform.

• Raw Telemetry Data: Operational flight, position, sensor, and broadcast data collected by or transmitted through the platform is owned by AviTrakk. We use this telemetry to operate, train, and improve our algorithms, tracking models, and services.
• Customer-Uploaded Data: Any files, flight plans, logs, or documents you upload remain entirely your property. We use them solely to power platform features for your organization and will never share or sell them to third parties.
• Customer Analytics & Business Data: Platform-generated operational summaries, custom reports, analyzed flight metrics, and client-specific data remain strictly confidential.
• Zero Third-Party Sharing: Your organization’s uploaded files, analytics, and business data will never be sold, rented, or shared with third parties.

4. Service Availability & Support

We strive for maximum uptime and reliability for critical offshore monitoring. However, scheduled maintenance, upstream telemetry provider interruptions, or unforeseen network latency may periodically affect system availability. We provide ongoing maintenance, support, and technical updates as part of active SaaS subscription tiers.

5. Operational Advisory & Safety Disclaimer

AviTrakk serves as a situational awareness, data analytics, and reporting tool. While our tracking and automated reports are engineered for high precision, they do not replace primary certified avionics, certified air traffic control (ATC), or official pilot-in-command operational safety responsibilities.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to reverse engineer, disrupt the platform infrastructure, bypass authentication or rate limits, or use the SaaS application for unlawful activities.

7. Subscriptions, Renewal & Termination

Services are billed in accordance with your organization's agreed commercial agreement or subscription plan. You may terminate your subscription according to your service agreement terms. Upon termination, you may request export or deletion of your operational data according to applicable retention regulations.
